A Fremont man was cited at about 8 Tuesday morning for suspicion of theft at a business.
Mark J. Casper, 54, was cited at the place that he worked in the 3000 block of east 23rd Avenue North.
He is accused of taking edible items without paying for them, then eating the items on his breaks.
The thefts occurred between June 1 and Aug. 27 of this year. The value of the items is estimated at $93.
