A complaint of an impaired driver in the 2300 block of north Clarmar Avenue at 9:15 Friday night led to the arrest of a Fremont woman.
Angelina Gard-Arnold, 54, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol following the complaint. She was also cited for refusal to submit to a preliminary breath rest.
