Man charged with driving while under the influence

A Fremont man was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. 
 
Jose A. Lopez Gutierrez, 34, was arrested at about 1:05 following a traffic stop near Empire Avenue and Broad Street. 
 
Lopez Gutierrez was also charged with driving during suspension and failing to signal a turn.
