FREMONT – On Wednesday, January 27, at approximately 3:05 pm, Fremont Police arrested Cherish P. Luster, 22, of Bellevue, NE after discovering she had an outstanding Sarpy County Arrest warrant.
An officer originally stopped to help Luster with a vehicle problem in the 3000 block of east 23rd Street when the officer discovered she was driving with a suspended license. The officer cited Luster for that offense and then arrested her for the outstanding arrest warrant.
