FREMONT – On Thursday, November 19, 2020, at approximately 7:45 am, a two-vehicle collision in the 900 block of north M Street resulted in a child sustaining minor injuries.
It was determined that the child was not properly restrained in the car and Amber L. Chaussee, 31, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of Child Abuse/Neglect (Not Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury).
