FREMONT – On Sunday, October 25, at approximately 5:50 pm, Donathan C. Dumarce, 28, of Winnebago, NE was arrested on suspicion of theft following a shoplifting complaint at a business in the 1000 block of east 23rd Street.
The store reported various clothing items stolen by Dumarce with an estimated total value at $400.
