FREMONT- Fremont Police arrested multiple individuals over the weekend on DUI’s and other related charges.
On Sunday, September 13, 2020, at approximately 12:50 am, Birtolo Solis, 19, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol after he was involved in a single car accident in the 900 block of west 8th Street.
It was reported that Solis struck a tree and was not injured. He was also charged with driving without an operator’s license, being a minor in possession of alcohol and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
On Saturday, September 12, 2020, at approximately 1:35 am, Christian A. Howell, 22, of Springfield, MO was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of south Howard Street. He was also charged with driving with a defective headlight.
On Saturday, September 12, 2020, at approximately 5:45 pm, Jose Montero, 40, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of false reporting after he claimed to not know his date of birth to an officer.
The officer was investigating a complaint of two persons passed out in a car in the roadway in the 1800 block of Gaeth Avenue. The driver of the vehicle, Miguel Perez-Juarez, 34, of Decatur, AL was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving without an operator’s license.
