FREMONT- On Monday, August 24, 2020, at approximately 2:15 pm, a Fremont man, 48, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of child abuse/neglect following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 700 block of west 8th Street. The man is accused of striking a juvenile during an argument.
