FREMONT- On Thursday, August 13, 2020, at approximately 6:55 am, Fremont Police arrested Spencer D. Graham, 21, of Fremont. Graham was arrested on suspicion of 2nd Degree Trespassing and Disturbing the Peace after he went into a residence in the 1200 block of north Bell Street. Graham was unknown to the residents of the house and he had no business being there.
On Friday, August 14, 2020, at approximately 1:30 am, Jose Montero, 40, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of Disorderly Conduct following a complaint of a male looking into homes and vehicles in the 800 block of north Somers Avenue.
