FREMONT – The Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce alerted its members to a scam call making the rounds again this week.
The scam caller is identifying themselves as “Sports Media Marketing,” and they tell businesses in the area that they’re selling sports program advertisements for Fremont Public School sports. The caller may indicate that they received the business’s contact information from the Chamber.
“Sports Media Marketing” is not affiliated with the Fremont Area Chamber or with Fremont Public Schools. Members are advised to simply hang up on the caller.
