Rick D. Hanson age 57 of Deltona, Florida formerly Fremont, Nebraska passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at his home. He was born July 10, 1962 in Fremont to Jack and Marilyn (Hull) Hanson.
Rick grew up in Fremont and was a 1980 graduate of Fremont Senior High School. He worked for Hill-Rom (Medical Equipment) for 10 years in Omaha and transferred to Florida for the last 20 years.
Rick is survived by his sister, Tammy (Jerry) Haugaard; brother Rob Hanson all of Fremont; nieces, Lacey Brumbaugh of Fremont and Caitlyn Venneman of Omaha, nephew, Dustin Venneman of Fremont; great nephews, Trevor and Conner Brumbaugh of Fremont.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Hanson and Marilyn Sokolovsky.
Celebration of Life and interment will be 1 PM Friday, July 24, 2020 at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate.
