NEBRASKA – An Endangered Missing Advisory has been activated in Eastern Nebraska to determine the whereabouts of Chad Townsend.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Townsend, who is a 48-year-old, white male last seen near the vicinity of 149th and Ellison Avenue in Omaha, NE at 6:30 am, October 28. Townsend suffers from a brain injury and other medical conditions.
Townsend is approximately 5’ 8″ tall, weighing 195 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, and last seen wearing a red Nebraska t-shirt, grey sweatpants, and no shoes or a jacket.
He is possibly driving a green 2013 Toyota Highlander bearing Nebraska license plate VTA075.
