Joseph Charles Tines, 90 years, died August 5, 2020 in Lincoln.
A longtime Fremont resident and foreman at Hormel Foods, he recently lived in Council Bluffs, IA. Joe was married to Rosemary (Maspero) Tines for 63 years and had 6 children: Stephen (Susan)Tines from Tulsa, OK; Joan (Lou) Beccard from Nebraska City; Janelle (Francis- J.R.) Gubbels from Hartington, NE; Janet (Steve) Ciesielski from Sioux Falls, IA; Joyce (Tony) Colyer from San Antonio, TX; and Patrick (Mary)Tines from Lincoln, NE. There are now 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren added to this loving family. Joe married Donna Swisher in October 2015. They provided much comfort to one another.
There will be a knight of Columbus living rosary at 9:00 a.m. and funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont, NE on Saturday August 8, 2020. The funeral mass will also be live-streamed at www.mosermemorialchapels.com. Masks are recommended.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Archbishop Bergan Catholic Schools.
