
The Fremont Police Department investigated several incidents recently. All of the information is from FPD.
At about 1:30 Friday afternoon, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of 1100 East Linden Avenue. Due to observations by the officer at the time of the stop, an investigation was conducted and Brian Martens of Fremont was arrested for DUI–second, open alcohol container, and no valid registration.
At 10:18 Friday night, FPD responded to a disturbance in the area of 807 South Broad Street. The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Sandra Lopez Osorio of Fremont for domestic assault.
Police were called at about 1:43 Saturday morning to the area of 100 South Garfield in reference to a possible home invasion. Officers conducted an investigation and Jorden High of Fremont was arrested for criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
Brandon James of Fremont was arrested at about 5:21 Saturday afternoon after police were called to the area of 1000 East Military Avenue for a disturbance. James was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Officers responded at about 10:30 Saturday night to the area of 700 North Broad Street. Lori Rasmussen of Tekamah was arrested for an outstanding warrant and possession of a controlled substance.
A trespassing complaint was received at about 10:42 Monday morning in the area of 23rd and North Yager Road. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Edward Gomez of Fremont for trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Later on Monday, at 4:43 p.m., police were called to check on an individual in the area of 23rd and Clarkson. An investigation was conducted and Shylene Froehlig, who FPD said is homeless, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
