Fremont police were called at about 1:43 Thursday afternoon to the area of South Downing Road and Old Highway 275 to check on an individual.
Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation and Mariah Swanson, who police said is homeless, was arrested for trespassing, disorderly conduct, and a probation detention.
