The Fremont Police Department provided an update Friday morning about the incident Thursday at Fremont High School where a student was struck by a vehicle during an anti-ICE rally.

The juvenile driver involved in this incident has been located and identified. A thorough investigation of all aspects of this incident is being completed, and appropriate charges will be determined at the completion of the investigation.
