A Sunday morning incident led to multiple charges against a Fremont man.
At about 2:03 a.m., Fremont police investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of South L. Street. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Sabino Santos-Mendez, 38, of Fremont for terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, domestic assault second degree, DUI +.15 and child abuse negligently/no injury
