At 9:32 Friday night, officers responded to a business parking lot in the 3000 block of East 23rd Avenue North for a disturbance. Amy K. Foster, 43, who is homeless, was arrested for third-degree domestic assault.
At 12:04 a.m. Saturday, police were dispatched to the 2300 block of North Colorado Avenue for a disturbance. Melissa A. Mundahl, 42, of Le Sueur, Minnesota, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
At 4:13 Saturday afternoon, police responded to a business in the 3000 block of East 23rd Avenue North for a shoplifting complaint.
Following an investigation, Tammy L. Lisle, 59, who is homeless, was arrested for shoplifting and false reporting.
