A Fremont man faces charges from an incident Sunday.
Police responded at 12:52 p.m. to the 400 block of South Broad Street in reference to an assault. The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Jacob Jon Milton Cross, 53, of Fremont for domestic violence assault third degree and second-degree false imprisonment.
