
Brice A. Wood, 50, of Fremont passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Las Vegas. He was born September 20, 1974 in Fremont to Robert and Norma (Engelsgaard) Wood.
Brice grew up in Fremont and was a 1994 graduate of Fremont High School. He then attended UNL for two years and later received his bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan Community College in business management. He was the operations manager for Loves Travel Stop in Valley. He had also lived in North Platte, Phoenix and Las Vegas.
Brice loved the Chicago Cubs, Denver Broncos and Husker Football teams. He liked to golf and collect baseballs. He enjoyed all sports from high school to pro. He really enjoyed playing poker.
Survived by his sister, Christina Mount and daughter, Julia Mount; stepfather, Larry Busch; stepbrothers, Ron (Jennifer) Busch and son, Doug and Mike Busch and son Treton; stepsister, Jodie (Bill) Bishop and sons, Liam, Jackson and Henry.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wood and mother, Norma Busch and ex-wife April Leedom.
***A Celebration of Life will be 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Does Place, 148 N. Main St. in Fremont … All his family and friends are welcome. ***
Memorial Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. also at Moser’s on Thursday.
