The Fremont Family YMCA has announced the appointment of Jeff Beckman as its new Chief Operations Officer.
Beckman brings more than 15 years of experience in operations, programming, youth sports and community action. He served as the community director at Cedar Bluffs Public Schools for eight years. Prior to that, he was the youth sports director at the YMCA.
In a news release, Beckman said he is pleased about his new professional opportunity.
“I’m excited to be back at Fremont Family YMCA,” he said. “Our YMCA is such a huge part of the community and is inclusive for everyone. Being a servant leader within the community really drive me and there is no better place to do that than the Fremont Family YMCA.”
Beckman is a Midland University graduate. He and his wife, Ashley, have three children.
