Pauline L. Mohr, 92, of Fremont died Monday, September 29, 2025, at Nye Legacy in Fremont.

Pauline was born February 8, 1933, in Bartlett to William and Hazel ‘Strong’ Worden. The family moved several places while she was growing up. When she was 13 years old, she was run over by a horse pulling a disc and almost lost her leg but she was a tough girl and overcame that serious injury. Pauline graduated from Petersburg High School and eventually settled in Fremont. She married Raymond Mohr on August 6, 1955 in Fremont and along with her husband and family operated Mohr Construction.

Pauline and her husband Raymond were avid stock car and dirt track racing supporters and fans.

Survivors:

Children – Sonia Mohr, Ronald (Dee) Mohr and Jim Mohr all of Fremont

Granddaughter – Jamie Plate of Omaha

Great-grandchildren – Autumn Smith, Brittnee Plate, Jason Plate Jr., and Maverick Plate

Great-Great-grandchildren – Ariyah, Leilani and Emree Renfrow

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Raymond, children Linda Werchan and Donald Mohr, great-great-granddaughter Ameliya Renfrow, one sister and one brother.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel, burial will follow in Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday with the family present 6 to 8 at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont. Memorials can be directed to the family.
