A Fremont man faces charges from an incident Monday morning.
At about 8:20, Fremont police were conducting an investigation in the 1700 block of North Lincoln Avenue. During that investigation, contact was made with Braydon I Baker, 18. He was arrested for obstruction, resisting arrest and minor in possession of nicotine.
