
The Fremont Police Department investigated various incidents from the weekend. All the information is provided by FPD.
At 1:55 Saturday morning, officers responded to the 600 block of North I Street to serve a felony arrest warrant.
Officers located and served the warrant by arresting Elizabeth M. Daughty, 31, who FPD said is homeless. Drugs were located and she was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
At 12:05 p.m. Saturday, officers probed a two-vehicle accident at Ridge Road and Military Avenue.
One of the vehicles left the scene, but was later located and stopped. The driver, Erick Cabrera Sanchez, 22, of Schuyler was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and driving under suspension 2nd offense.
At about 8:01 Saturday night, FPD had contact with Brandi R. Andera, 45, of Fremont in the 600 block of West Third Street. Drugs were located and she was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
FPD also responded at 8:04 Saturday night to an accident at the intersection of Military and Hancock.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Wilver I. Lemus-Garcia, 23, of Fremont for careless driving, DUI-alcohol-first offense, no proof of insurance, obstruction, possession/consume open alcohol container, refusal
to submit to a breath test-PBT and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
At approximately 9:28 Saturday night, a traffic was conducted on a vehicle believed to have fled the scene of a traffic collision.
The driver Luis E. Romero, 51 of Fremont, was arrested for driving during revocation/impound-first, DUI-.15+ and leaving accident/failure to furnish information–first.
Police were conducting a civil standby at about 7:50 Sunday morning in the 300 block of Jefferson Road.
While at the scene a vehicle arrived and officers had contact with the driver Heber Juarez-Lima, 53, of Fremont. Lima showed signs of impairment.
An investigation was conducted resulting in Heber Juarez-Lima being arrested for DUI +.15 (2nd).
