Fremont man booked for possession of controlled substance

Fremont police responded to a report of vandalism at 12:11 a.m. Sunday in the area of 200 West 23rd Street.

Following an investigation, Shawn Donnelly of Fremont was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance.
