Fremont police were dispatched at about 12:25 a.m. Thursday to 3010 North 23rd Avenue North in reference to suspicious activity.
Officers conducted an investigation and located a stolen vehicle and additional stolen items. Levi Barnes, who the police department said is homeless, was arrested and booked for theft by unlawful taking and theft by shoplifting.
