“Local Spotlight” makes debut

new-tony

Tony Gray of Walk-On Cards & Collectibles is the first guest on “Local Spotlight” presented by Walnut Media.

A new feature from Walnut Media is the podcast “Local Spotlight” featuring KHUB/KFMT News Director Brent Wasenius and a guest from the area.

The heart of any great community is its people. Every other week, join Wasenius as he gets to know a few of the people that make the Dodge County area special. From police officers to retail business owners, coaches, athletes and public officials, there’s always someone new to meet and something new to learn about the region.

The first two podcasts are already available (for free) on Apple and Spotify. The first one features Tony Gray, a former editor at the Fremont Tribune and now the owner of Walk-On Cards & Collectibles in Fremont. The second is an interview with Sgt. Brie Frank of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.

Upcoming interviews include Bob Missel, the chairman of the Dodge County Board of Supervisors, and local coaches.

The bestmix105.5.com will soon have the podcasts available on the website.
