Fremont police were dispatched Thursday to the area of 600 North I Street in reference to a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, officers conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrests of Ramond Gonzalez and Alicia Utterback, both of Fremont. The two were booked for criminal trespass, obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
