The deadline is March 31 for applications to purchase Rebuilding Together Platte Valley East’s house at 1535 North Platte Avenue.
Rebuilding Together purchased the home in December of 2023. It has been renovated since that time with the help of volunteers and community partners who have assisted in such things as plumbing roofing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
The home will be sold for $165,000 to a first-time homebuyer. Applications are available of RTPVE’s website: rebuildingtogetherpve.org or by contacting the office at 402-727-7047. Tours of the two-bedroom, one-bath home can also be scheduled by calling that number.
