Fremont police were dispatched at 3:45 this morning to the area of 16th and Platte for a report of suspicious activity.
Following an investigation, Gabriel Morris was arrested and booked for theft unlawful taking, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglar tools, attempt of a class 2 misdemeanor, and attempt of a class 2A felony.
