A disturbance Monday afternoon led to a man’s arrest.
A Fremont police officer was near the 400 block of East 10th Street when the officer observed an active disturbance. The ensuing investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert Segebart of Fremont. He was charged with assault causing bodily injury, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.
