Fremont police at about 5:25 Sunday morning attempted to contact two men behind a business near Military and William avenues.
The individuals attempted to avoid contact but ultimately officers were successful. Travis M. Prochaska, 24, of Fremont was arrested for obstruction, second-degree trespassing and criminal mischief. William D. Gantzert, 33, of Fremont was arrested for obstruction.
