A Fremont man faces various charges following an incident Saturday afternoon.
At about 2:55 p.m., Fremont police responded to the 1200 block of North Pierce Street in reference to a home invasion.
Upon arrival, officers had contact with Michael A. Schell, 44, who was exiting the residence. The subsequent investigation resulted in Schell’s arrest for first-degree criminal trespass, disturbing the peace, third-degree assault, unlawful acts related to drugs and disorderly conduct.
