
Constance J. ‘Connie’ Mauch, 76, of Scribner died Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.
Connie was born February 14, 1948, in West Point to Kenneth and Volanda ‘Daberkow’ Hoge. She was raised in Scribner and graduated from Scribner High School in 1966. After high school Connie worked various jobs throughout the community. She was a waitress. She worked for the schools, Good Samaritan Center and Lee’s Market. She also assisted people that needed help in their homes. She was very involved in her community and her church, St. Peter’s Lutheran in Scribner. On October 29, 1965, Connie married John Mauch.

Brothers – Rodger (Denise) Hoge of Omaha
Greg (Peg) Hoge of Fremont
Brother-in-law – David (Bev) Mauch of Norfolk
Many nieces, nephews and cousins
Connie was preceded in death by her parents.
There is no viewing, but the family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, November 14 at Ludvigsen’s Scribner Funeral Chapel. The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Scribner. Memorials are suggested to the church, Lutheran Hour, Scribner Volunteer Fire or Rescue.
