Beginning Friday (Nov. 1), JEO crews will be driving through Fremont neighborhoods to document housing and infrastructure conditions.
You may notice three JEO teams primarily working from their vehicles and wearing high-visibility vests. Occasionally, they may walk around and take photos of properties.
