A Fremont teenager faces multiple charges from an incident Thursday morning.
At about 7:06 a.m., Fremont police investigated an accident. It resulted in the arrest of Tomas Guico-Jimon, 18, for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, no license and minor in possession of alcohol.
