
Carol Marie Osterloh, 76, of Fremont passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, at her home. She was born December 25, 1947 in Fon du Lac, Wisconsin to Theodore and Margaret (Markley) Antrim.
She grew up Wahoo and Mead and attended high school in Mead. Carol married Richard ‘Rich’ Osterloh May 22, 1965 in Mead. She worked in the sales and advertising industry including KHUB, The Fremonter, the Fremont Shopper and retired in 2009 from R-L Polk Publishers.
Carol was a member of Fremont Evangelical Free Church, lifetime member of VFW Post #854 in Fremont and worked with her husband Rich in the construction business since 1983.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rich in 2017; brother, George; sisters, Barbara Rychman and Shirley Crepes and nephew, Billy Creps.
Survived by daughter, Patricia (Ed) King of Fremont; sons, Richard (Angie) Osterloh, Jr. of Fremont and Brian (Tonya) Osterloh of Uehling; sister-in-law, Karol Osterloh of Mead; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and close friends, Lois (Terry) Perry of Fremont.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Fremont Evangelical Free Church. Visitation will be to 7 p.m. Monday at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, and continue on Tuesday one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be at Prairie View Cemetery south of Kennard.
