At about 8:44 Saturday night, Fremont police responded to a bomb threat complaint in the 900 block of North H Street.
An investigation determined there was no bomb. Andrew C. Anderson, 39, of Fremont was arrested for terroristic threats, threatening the use of explosives, false reporting and disturbing the peace.
