Fremont police were dispatched at about 8:51 Sunday night to the 1100 block of East Second Street for a 911 call.
Officers arrested Lacey L. Brumbaugh, 36, of Fremont for commit child abuse negligently/no injury and domestic assault-3rd/cause bodily injury.
