Fremont police have arrested a homeless man following the investigation of a theft complaint.
At about 6:03 Friday night, an individual reported cash and property taken with an estimated loss of $3,025. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Robert Gene Leonard, 61, for theft by unlawful taking and criminal possession of a financial transaction device.
