Fremont police responded at 1:02 this morning to a business in the 700 block of North Broad Street in reference to a theft complaint.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Johnnie V. Phillips, age unavailable, for theft by unlawful taking, second-degree trespassing, drinking in public, criminal trespass/parking in posted lot.
