Weather permitting, beginning the week of June 17 eastbound U.S. Highway 30 traffic between North Bend and Fremont will be shifted to newly completed eastbound lanes.
This completes the final section of the Columbus to Fremont Expressway.
The project will require temporarily closing County Road 21 (Ridge Road) and the use of flaggers and various lane closures to complete the work. Message boards will be staged to warn of changing situations. Drivers should be aware of flaggers and slow or stopped traffic.
Please watch for newly placed stop signs. Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
