Mandy Ostdiek has been hired by RVR Bank as Vice President-Operations. She joins the bank’s officer team with more than 24 years of experience in the local bank and financial services sector.
In this role, Ostdiek will be responsible for ensuring that all department and operational office locations run efficiently while providing leadership to all personnel, with an emphasis on managers and supervisors.
“Mandy comes to us with a great deal of experience across the lending and deposit side of banking. Ostdiek’s community engagement includes serving as a member of the Archbishop Bergan Catholic Board of Directors, treasurer of the Archbishop Bergan Elementary Parent Knights, member of the Chamber of Commerce Diplomat’s Club and Chamber Net 2.0. She is a graduate of Leadership Fremont, has received recognition as one of Fremont’s 20 under 40 and was named to the Knights of the Roundtable at Archbishop Bergan Catholic School. Ostdiek and her family are Fremont residents.
