Fremont police have provided an update from the case of an armed robbery of a vehicle that occurred on Wednesday morning.
A preliminary investigation has resulted in the arrest of Samuel RG Fatica, 20, of Fremont for robbery and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, robbery, theft by unlawful taking and willful reckless driving.
