A Fremont man is facing various charges from an incident Friday night.
At about 10:18 p.m., Fremont police responded to the 2000 block of North Lincoln Avenue for a disturbance. An investigation was conducted resulting in a search warrant being issued for 2071 North Lincoln Avenue.
The Emergency Response Unit was activated and the warrant was served. Derick W. Fuller, 29, was arrested for terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and obstructing a peace officer. Fuller also had an outstanding Dodge County warrant.
