A Fremont teenager faces a pair of charges following a Sunday morning incident.
At about 7:20 a.m., police responded to the 900 block of North Bell Street for a welfare check on an individual causing a disturbance. Officers had contact with Joel A. Marroquin Carney, 18, of Fremont. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and minor in possession.
