Fremont police responded to a disturbance at 4:32 Sunday morning in the 300 block of North Main Street.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Christopher B. Jaramillo, 36, of Omaha, for disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, and third-degree assault.
