A disturbance on Thursday night led to the arrest of a Fremont man.
At about 10:08 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of East 23rd Avenue South for a possible impaired pedestrian causing a disturbance.
The complaint was determined to be valid and resulted in the arrest of Justin RD Coatney, 38, of Fremont.
