A Fremont man faces various charges after police responded to reports of a possible impaired driver at 3:20 Sunday morning.
The vehicle was located and finally stopped in the 1400 block of Iowa Street. The driver, Martin A. Hernandez, 35, was non-compliant upon contact. He was arrested and charged with DUI, flight to avoid arrest, resisting arrest and third-degree domestic assault.
