Fremont woman faces various charges

Fremont police responded at about 7:01 Thursday night to a report of a reckless driver.

That investigation resulted in the arrest of Emily A Hilker, 38, of Fremont for refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test, obstruction, resisting arrest — first offense, DUI 1^st and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
